Joel has received an Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Music Direction" for Music is Better Than Words, Seth MacFarlane, Swingin' in Concert.
Tinker Bell: Secret of the Wings is completed.
Joel scored and produced two songs, one with the McClain Sisters, and one with Sidney Seriota.
He is currently producing a song for "The Voice" finalist Chris Mann's new album for exec producer Ron Fair.
He is also currently working on arrangements for a new Mika album.
Seth MacFarlane's debut album Music Is Better Than Words has received two Grammy nominations! Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album and Best Engineered, Non Classical. (congrats, Rich Breen!)
Joel has just completed the score to a new outdoor spectacular show for the 20th anniversary of Disneyland Paris. The show is entitled Disney Dreams. Joel recorded at Abbey Road in London with a 90 piece orchestra, children's choir and adult choir. It will also feature a song written by Joel for Cara Dillon.
Joel received an Annie Award nomination for his score to Tinker Bell and the Pixie Hollow Games.
Joel is currently at work producing an album for Brazilian singer Karen Souza which will feature some of her original songs as well as some standards.
Joel is working on the latest Tinker Bell movie, Tinker Bell and the Secret of the Wings.
Joel will be conducting a concert celebrating the 80th Anniversary of Abbey Road Studios in London's Chiswick Gardens, August 21st. The concert will feature the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
Joel has signed with William Morris Endevour for film and TV representation. He will be repped by Amos Newman.
Joel is currently working on an album with the band All American Rejects
